Abigail Spencer

Abigail Leigh Spencer (born August 4th, 1981) is an American actor. Her roles in films Cowboys & Aliens and The Haunting in Connecticut 2 Ghosts of Georgia Oz the Great and Powerful and also in the television series Angela's eye Mad Men Hawthorne, and Suits are among her most recognizable works. Her current role is Amantha in Rectify the Sundance Channel series. Abigail Leigh Spencer, an American film director and actress who also works on television. She became popular with her roles on the show drama Rectify and the sci-fi drama Timeless. The native of Gulf Breeze She began her professional career in soap opera All My Children. Her performance won her an award called the Soap Opera Digest Award' for the most outstanding female newcomer. She largely played guest parts in various TV series over the next couple of years. She was recognized for her role as her character, Dr. Erin Jameson, in the show Hawthorne. Her beautiful appearance and extraordinary acting talents helped her to build an ardent fan base. Her debut film came at around twenty, when she played in Campfire Stones. Jekyll This Means War was another film in which she played a leading role. In recognition of her performance as a character in Beautiful Now she received a Madrid International Film Festival Award nomination. Recently, Spencer portrayed Lucy Preston (history professor) in Timeless. Spencer is receiving positive feedback from critics about her performance in the sci-fi TV program Timeless. She received nominations for a Teen Choice Award.
