Marcia Harvey

Marcia Harvey is an African American author. Her most well-known work is as the ex-wife to the comedian Steve Harvey. Marcia Harvey is a private life, choosing to avoid the attention of the media. Even though Steve did not have anywhere as far as the fame he enjoys now They were married for fourteen years. It's not clear what led to the breakup, but Hollywood has heard rumors about the split. Some believe it was Steve Harvey's shady ways and others believe it was due to his choice to pursue comedy as a career. The tragedy of her story is attributed to the incident that Steve left her and his two daughters when she was expecting their third baby. Despite her struggles she's managed to build an excellent career in fashion design and writing. She is the author of 'Marcia's Eyes To The Soul, 'Marcia's Poems From The Heart, and Marcia's Thoughts From the Mind. Her generosity has been a source of inspiration to her children. It isn't much known about Marcia Harvey's early life except the fact that she came from an African-American household and that they were not very rich. She started her career in an outlet store known as "Saks Fifth Avenue". Steve was introduced to her at a friend's wedding reception. They were very close and married in the year 1980. Steve was an insurance professional in the year 1980. The couple was blessed with twin daughters in 1982. Steve was disillusioned with his work and decided to become an entertainer, particularly stand-up comedy. This caused a lot of tension between him and Marcia and later reports indicated that they were starting to live apart from 1990. Marcia Harvey was famous for her divorce from Steve Harvey and marriage. Although divorce proceedings for Steve Harvey in 1994 were secret, it's clear that Marcia Harvey was pregnant with their third child at the time they split up. Marcia filed for divorce in 1993. Marcia was forced to seek the court after her divorce and Steve Harvey's refusing of child support and alimony payments.
